 Ori Hofmekler's  Healthy Meal
My main meal typically consists of seasonal mixed green salad, radish and avocado, protein from fresh wild catch fish or free range eggs, sometimes along with aged or fresh goat cheese. For carb fuel food I like legumes and steamed root vegetables (carrot, pumpkin or squash) or Warrior Cereal High Protein Rice Crisps. In fat fuel days I finish with raw almonds or pistachios (my favorite nuts).
