Animal Flesh: Insulin Resistance Issue

What is the difference between animal flesh (meat) and animal internal organs (liver, heart, kidneys) in terms of insulin resistance issue?
What is the difference between animal flesh (meat) and animal internal organs (liver, heart, kidneys) in terms of insulin resistance issue? Both organs flesh and muscle flesh are problematic. All types of animal flesh contain pro-inflammatory cytokins regardless to the fat content. The protein itself (roasted, baked or fried) is not ideal either. Much of it is degraded to amino acid mess which is not viable. Cooked animal flesh protein isn’t soluble, it has low biological value and needs to be reconstructed by your body or broken for energy as an inferior fuel.
